Before pursuing coaching as a career, I faced an ongoing nightmare that was my life.  This life was one filled with heartache and pain, which seemed to worsen with each coming day. I lived my life for everyone else full of obligations, expectations, and deadlines. I suffered the sudden loss of my mother while going through a heartbreaking divorce, with physical and emotional anguish overcoming me as a side effect.  After crawling through this darkness, I stumbled upon a life coach who worked with me to change my mindset and helped me discover myself from the inside out.  Through Coaching, I learned how to show up for myself and in turn, I began truly knowing and loving the real me. That's where the magic began...
